Join an in-person group session to learn more about the TM technique, how it works and why it is so effective.

Follow-up Sessions

Enjoy the 10-day check-in session and free online "tune-up" sessions on Wednesdays to discuss your progress as you make TM a part of your life.

Learn the TM technique
